Watch the action and installation of the bison shoulder mount unfold on season 7, episode 8 of Discovery Channel's Building Off the Grid, Cascade Mountain Escape! The bison was constructed of over 2,000 individual pieces and weighed several hundreds of pounds. It was a unique installation that kept everyone on their toes!
